Almost 1.5 million Smart Meter for gas/water/electricity were implemented by Elektromed in Turkey. 1 million of those Smart Meter are gas meters and the rest are prepayment electric and prepayment water meters. Number of prepayment Smart Meter for water will reach to 500.000 pieces at the end of 2008 which means highest record in the world for Smart Meters usage.
